MyTsuper is committed to providing great travel experience to our passengers. The key to fulfill this commitment is to regularly train our driver-partners. 

In key cities around the Philippines, we have assigned Brand Ambassadors who have the main responsibility to help our drivers improve their skills and quality of service. 

Through our MyTsuper Academy Program, our Brand Ambassadors conduct workshops among our driver-partners in important topics such as: 

• Defensive Driving

• Safety Driving for Long-Distance Travel 

• How to Maintain Focus While Driving 

• How to Avoid Cancellations

• Account Security 

• How to Provide Positive Customer Experience 

• How to Avoid Crime 

• How to Be a Driver Tourist Guide 

For now, the topics are personally delivered by our Brand Ambassadors, but MyTsuper will develop an online training portal so drivers can easily learn these topics at their own convenient time.
